1- In lesson planning, reconcile individual needs with group needs by setting tasks geared to all. 2- Spread interest including all on equal basis. 3- Deal with individual problems during breaks or groupwork not during lessons. 4- Avoid forming an opinin of the class on the basis of one or two students.
